Resort Safety Shift Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the allocation of team members to ensure maximum positive impact on the guest experience in our venues. You will build and develop positive relationships with our guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Support team members during shifts to ensure their workload is manageable and provide guidance when needed.
- Feed back to Resort Safety Managers areas for improvement and review guest feedback to understand areas for enhancement.
- Conduct individual team member performance development plans and coach and support the team to ensure they are highly trained and fulfilled.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and procedures within your area of responsibility.
- Drive team selection, recruitment, and retention with a focus on wellbeing.
We are seeking an experienced leader from a security or safety background who can support our team in delivering exceptional service. You will have a proven track record of training and coaching teams in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellent guest experience. You should be confident in directing and responding in any situation while maintaining consistent brand standards. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results for our guests and teams every day.
Typical working hours are 40 hours per week, with a four on four off shift pattern including weekends. Shift times cover 8am – 8pm or 8pm – 8am, with flexibility at times. This is a permanent role, paid monthly.
