Resort Safety Shift Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Resort Safety Team as a Shift Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of safety and security professionals to deliver exceptional service and ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
- Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and safe experience for our guests.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a safety and security environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety and security policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
