Dementia Care Position

HC-One is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dementia Care Professional to join our team at one of our care homes. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care services, tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, take responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our residents.
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.
Requirements:
  • Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and the ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
  • The willingness to attend safeguarding training and additional training in associated areas.

  • An hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications, estimated salary £22,000 - £25,000 per year.
