Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Kiota Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of all aspects of electrical building services design, ensuring excellence in technical, contractual, and administrative project execution.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Attend project and design meetings with clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Conduct detailed design and specification of Electrical Building Services systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Work closely with CAD Technicians to produce relevant electrical designs, utilizing cutting-edge technology and software.
  4. Maintain all project-related documentation, adhering to our Business Management systems, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering within a Commercial or Construction environment.
  2. Experience or qualifications in designing electrical projects in commercial buildings, with a strong understanding of building services systems.
  3. Proven ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with clients and other design team members, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Solid experience of Electrical Engineering and a desire to work with design teams on project execution, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  5. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology.

Position: Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Chichester, West Sussex - Office with visit to sites

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000/yr

Hours: Full-Time Office and Site based

Start: Notice Dependant
