Electrical Design Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and specifying electrical building services systems for commercial and industrial projects across the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Attend project meetings with clients to discuss design requirements and specifications.
  2. Conduct detailed design and specification of electrical building services systems, ensuring compliance with business management systems and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with CAD technicians to produce relevant electrical designs.
  4. Ensure all project-related documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in electrical engineering within a commercial or construction environment.
  2. Experience or qualifications in designing electrical projects in commercial buildings.
  3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, building relationships with clients and design team members.
  4. Strong electrical engineering skills and a desire to work on project execution.
  5. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
