Support Specialist

Templewood Recruitment is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in the London Borough of Hillingdon. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to the elderly and vulnerable adults, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Specialist, your job responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and carrying out individual service user support plans
  • Assisting with personal care to both male and female service users
  • Safeguarding the rights and dignity of the service users
  • Supporting service users to build their confidence, self-esteem, and ability to manage their symptoms
  • Supporting service users with taking their medication
  • Supporting with daily living skills and domestic chores
  • Accurately keeping daily records
