About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the strategic product roadmap for our ecommerce platform. As a key member of our Product Team, you will be responsible for defining, driving, and delivering key ecommerce products and propositions that provide exceptional user experience and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our ecommerce business and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver product roadmaps that meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with technical colleagues to oversee significant product and platform development projects.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications and requirements documentation.
  • Work with UX colleagues to ensure products meet user experience standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile/Kanban environment to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements
  • Experience in an ecommerce environment.
  • Experience building clear strategic roadmaps.
  • Experience creating product specifications and requirements documentation.
  • Experience in a data-driven environment with defining business cases and benefits realisation.
  • Experience in hypothesis-based product optimisation testing.
  • Experience working with UX colleagues.
  • Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile/Kanban environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000, plus a share in our success through our profit pool bonus scheme. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid role from our Bath Office, with three days in the office and two days from home.
