Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong analytical mindset to join our Development and Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with service departments to implement transformative change using our development tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement process improvements using our workflow-based low-code development platform.
- Provide Level 1 IT Support and assist the support efforts of others.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our MIS estate.
- Promote digital transformation across the organisation by providing expert advice and guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A solid understanding of software development lifecycle and data management.
- Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and system testing.
- A full current driving licence (desirable).
