About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager who can support the development and implementation of Integrated Technical Plans (ITPs), quality plans, and quality control methods. The successful candidate will perform quality audits, work with stakeholders to identify and manage project quality risks, attend and chair project and programme meetings, and manage and coordinate the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of ITPs, quality plans, and quality control methods.
  • Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and manage project quality risks.
  • Attend and chair project and programme meetings to drive quality discussions.
  • Manage and coordinate the IMS to ensure seamless integration.
  • Assist in developing quality management initiatives and policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience on rail projects, preferably in a QC/QC capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and industry standards.
  • Quality tools training and certification.
  • Experience with Information Management applications, such as BIM360.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
