Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the manufacture and supply of our consumables, including nanolitre pipettes, syringes, and cryo-EM grids.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to resolve product technical and production issues.
  • Implement good manufacturing practices on precision products with a large degree of autonomy.
  • Utilise Continuous Improvement tools to contribute to CAPA and quality processes.
  • Engage with internal and external collaborators to evolve products from concept to manufacture.
  • Bring products from development to scalable manufacturing, from cradle-to-grave, with involvement from the product concept stage.
  • Apply change management skills to develop flexible, robust processes for ensuring product quality.
  • Take ownership of engineering changes to enhance quality, process capability, and cost efficiency.
