Maintenance Manager Position

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader/Maintenance Supervisor to become a Maintenance Manager within a 12-month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead all manufacturing engineering maintenance, manage a diverse team, and have full budgetary responsibility for the department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Installation, maintenance, and improvement of production lines
- Managing contractors
- Leading, developing, and managing a team
- Analyzing and improving material usage
- Analyzing downtime, identifying trends, and developing solutions
- Identifying and justifying capital equipment investment
- Driving continuous improvement activities
- Identifying business improvement opportunities within the organization
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous maintenance experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- People management experience
- Strong communication skills
