Job Title: Pupil Support Officer
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Pupil Support Officer to join our team at Leith Academy Learning Community. The successful candidate will be responsible for attendance management of pupils and working across multiple schools in the Leith Learning Community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage attendance of pupils across multiple schools
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the well-being of pupils
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pupil attendance and engagement
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
