About the Role: As a Treasury Risk Manager with Michael Page (UK), you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of asset and liability management (ALM) to identify potential risks and opportunities. Your expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential in developing and implementing effective ALM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive ALM analysis to inform business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to forecast cash flows and identify potential risks
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather data and insights on market trends and regulatory changes
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ALM strategies and policies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Suggesting improvements to existing processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Treasury or ALM position
  • Strong knowledge of ALM, financial modeling, and risk management principles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
