Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hedging Programme Development: Assist in the development of central hedging programmes to mitigate risks associated with cash flows and balance sheet exposures.
  • IRRBB Management: Contribute to the effective management of Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) through robust monitoring and reporting.
  • Liquidity Risk Oversight: Oversee daily liquidity requirements to ensure adequate funding and manage short-term liquidity risk.
  • ALCO Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) on liquidity, funding, and IRRBB positions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in treasury risk management within the banking sector.
  • Proven expertise in ALM/BSM and treasury operations.
  • Familiarity with liquidity and funding risk management principles.
  • Strong understanding of IRRBB and its implications on treasury operations.

Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
