Severn Trent Water is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our River Health and Enhancement Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Spills Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of the Spills Programme, tracking progress and ensuring data quality in the Solutions Tracker.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies, including resources and mitigation actions.
- Communicate progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders inside and outside Severn Trent Water, ensuring successful project delivery and handover.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to meet key deliverables within set parameters of time, cost, quality, and health and safety expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large, complex, or multi-disciplinary projects, particularly in Waste Networks Operations, Wastewater Recycling, or related technical/engineering roles.
- Strong track record in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.
- Experience in working closely with supply chains and internal stakeholders and teams, ensuring adherence to deliverables, milestones, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in analysing data and management information (MI), with experience in using Power BI, SharePoint, and preparing reports from various data sources.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and other relevant software.
