About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at NP Aerospace. As a global leader in armour technology manufacturing and vehicle integration, we deliver high-performance, lifesaving solutions for the defence and security industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects delivering new defence protection products, such as armour plates, shields, helmets, and bomb disposal suits.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and coordinate resources and project requirements.
  • Provide technical direction to ensure system design meets customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage project engineering and design teams to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure effective problem-solving and corrective action.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educated to degree level or relevant work-based experience.
  • High-level technical proficiency underpinned by formal technical/engineering qualifications.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and commercial awareness skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including MS Project.
