Job Title: Contract Estimator

Company Overview
A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is a thriving multi-disciplinary contractor in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Our business encompasses a FM & Small Works Team, M&E Team, and a Projects delivery team.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for site surveys and scoping, estimating and conducting cost analysis, collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors, and assessing cost effectiveness.

Salary
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  1. • Site survey and scoping including scope price build up
    • Estimating and conducting cost analysis
    • Collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors to discuss and resolve issues
    • Assessing cost effectiveness and identifying potential financial risks

The Ideal Candidate
Familiarity with multi-trade estimating is essential. You should be able to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications. Good IT ability with the ability to embrace relevant software and systems is also required.
