Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contract Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Recruitment Pursuits Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for resourcing, recruiting, and maintaining client relationships for an electronics and distribution facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing return to work procedures
  • Managing productivity levels
  • Liaising with the Training department for training and inductions
  • Preparing Management Information (MI) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports
  • Adding workers to internal databases and systems
  • General administrative tasks
  • Attending client meetings to build strong relationships
