**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist/Consultant to join our team at La Prairie in Edinburgh. As a Beauty Therapist/Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our discerning clients, building meaningful relationships, and creating personalized luxury experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Adhere to the La Prairie Art of Beauty facial guidelines to ensure consistent and up-to-date standards.
- Skilfully combine Art of Beauty and sales skills to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Build a strong client base by identifying customer needs and preferences.
- Develop business plans to maximize the beauty room's potential around key events and launches.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Conduct skincare consultations with every customer to provide personalized recommendations.
- Introduce the 'Diamond Service' to customers to enhance their luxury experience.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of the EPOS system for customer records.
- Offer the Art of Perfection to every customer.
- Ensure events are fully stocked and that customers have been contacted.
**Visual Merchandising**
- Maximize the La Prairie image in-store.
- Present the beauty room in luxury standards while working with the visual merchandising team to meet company guidelines.
- Ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
- Ensure the counter is fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade sequence.
**Requirements**
- NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Experience in providing high-quality skincare treatments to clients.
- Client-focused and dedicated to providing a luxury experience.
- Polished, approachable, and friendly communication skills.
- Dedicated to achieving/exceeding KPIs.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
