About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at Lost Shore Surf Resort. As a key member of our wellness team, you will provide exceptional spa treatments to our resort visitors, ensuring they experience ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality VOYA massages and treatments to our guests
  • Act as a role model for other therapists, promoting exceptional service and care
  • Optimize client interaction to upsell treatments and retail products
  • Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the wellness space
  • Achieve retail targets consistently
  • Cultivate a loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized experiences
  • Ensure the wellness space is clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standards
Requirements
  • Qualified to SVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
  • Previous spa experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with effective communication and teamwork
  • Confident in using a computer booking system and diary management
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and experiences
  • Flexible schedule, with early morning, late evening, and weekend work required
