Mortgage Finance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Broker to join our team at Level Equals Limited. As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients find the best mortgage solutions for their needs.

• Negotiate with financial institutions to secure the best loan options for our clients.
• Market our services to lenders and real estate agents to expand our network.
• Acquire new clients and assess their financial information to determine their mortgage needs.
• Act as a liaison between lenders and borrowers to facilitate mortgage loan applications.
• Assist clients with pre-approval on loans and provide guidance on the loan process.
• Analyze and compare different home loan options to find the best fit for our clients.
• Develop relationships with real estate companies and lending institutions to expand our network.
• Educate clients on their legal and financial options and ensure they understand the mortgage process.
• Help clients complete and understand all necessary paperwork.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Experience as a mortgage broker is beneficial.
• CeMap qualification would be a benefit.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
