About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Broker to join our team at Level Equals Limited. As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients find the best loan solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with financial institutions to secure the best loan options for our clients.
  • Market our services to lenders and real estate agents to expand our network.
  • Acquire new clients and assess their financial information to determine their loan needs.
  • Act as a liaison between lenders and borrowers to facilitate loan applications.
  • Assist clients with pre-approval on loans and provide guidance on loan options.
  • Analyze and compare different home loan options to find the best fit for our clients.
  • Develop relationships with real estate companies and lending institutions to expand our network.
  • Educate clients on their financial options and ensure they understand the loan process.
  • Help clients complete and understand all necessary loan documentation.
Requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Experience as a Mortgage Broker is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
