About the Role: As a Residential Service Lead for children and young people in Preston, you will be responsible for managing a small team of carers, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure high-quality care delivery. Your primary focus will be on promoting positive relationships, fostering independence, and empowering our residents to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team of carers.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and local policies.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support for our residents.

Requirements: Proven experience in leadership and management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. You must possess a valid driving licence and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
