Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to work with a leading, multi-national employer and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP)
• Provide personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic services to our service users
• Manage caseloads from end to end, including delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports (PBR)
• Have greater job variety and autonomy to manage cases to conclusion
Requirements:
• Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
• 1+ years post-qualification experience
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
• Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy
What We Offer:
• Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500
• 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus
• OTE: £45,650
• Hybrid full-time, part-time working hours available
• Training options: 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week)
• 25 days' holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service
