Key Responsibilities- Manage supplier schedules, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and report on supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer backorders and supplier arrears
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating schedule changes and resolving issues
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions, using tools such as Tableau and SAP
- Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems
- Desirable: experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and Lean methodology
