Nurse Position for Bradford Hospital

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in a reputable hospital service in West Yorkshire area. You will be joining one of the leading healthcare providers in the UK.
This is a purpose-built care home catering to older individuals requiring residential and nursing care. The dedicated team ensures we meet the residents' unique care and social needs.
**Requirements:** To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
The key responsibilities of a Nurse include:
- Providing care to service users
- Delivering a high-quality service where you make a positive impact on everyone you support
- Undertaking and managing direct patient care
- Participating in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of medical, physical, and social care needs
- Supporting patient safety and clinical excellence
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet the individual nursing and residential care needs of residents

- Safe medication administration
- Creating and updating individualised care plans and documentation
- Delivering hands-on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of residents
