Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions in line with ECG resources
  • Ensure consistency throughout training
  • Maintain the cleanliness and security of the training venue
  • Support strong communication with the training operations team
  • Collaborate with other instructors and within the office team
