Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our offices, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also possess a results-driven approach, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
* Work closely with project teams to scope and deliver project works
* Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes and procedures
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce expenses
