We are looking for a highly motivated Residential Childcare Professional to join our team at a Children's Home in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young adults with varying needs and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care and support to children and young adults.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Salary: £24,000 per annum, plus benefits.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willing to work towards it).
- Experience working with children and young adults within a residential setting.
- The ability to work with emotional, mental, and physical resilience.
