Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and guidance to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized care and support to residents, addressing their unique needs and preferences
  • Working closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote resident achievement and growth
  • Contributing to a positive and respectful environment, modeling excellent behavior and promoting good relationships among residents and staff
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Requirements
