The Role

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, with a combined turnover of circa £30M. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Preparing and presenting management accounts and financial reports
  • Contributing to the development of financial strategies and plans
  • Managing financial relationships with service providers and stakeholders
  • Assisting with audits and budget preparations, and providing financial guidance to the Business Development team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • A qualified accountant or working towards completing studies in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
