Project Manager

Mansell Recruitment Group Plc is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Projects Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client purchase orders and attachments, as well as Sales handover documentation.
- Issue job instructions and liaise with internal departments and specialists to ensure completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules.
- Monitor the development of Quality Plans.
- Draft material, fabrication, and equipment purchase order requisitions and specifications.
- Review sub-contractor bids, including technical aspects.
- Distribute and review drawings and documents to clients and sellers, ensuring timely and quality submission.
- Compile and control contract variations, status reports, shipping lists, erection instructions, and installation, start-up, and maintenance instructions.
- Manage sub-contractors to ensure products are supplied to order and specifications, within the contracted delivery date, to fulfill overall project objectives.
- Undertake duties and responsibilities as directed by the Projects Director/Project Engineering Manager.
- Travel to meetings with clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Qualifications to HND/Degree level in an engineering discipline are preferred.
- Strong project engineering or project management background within a technical environment.
- Previous experience working in a project environment, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- High standard of analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Extremely organized with good attention to detail.
- Able to plan, manage, and prioritize a diverse workload.
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
The Package:
The salary offered for this position is £30,000-£60,000 to a candidate who can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
