Job Description

This is a fixed-term contract, commencing in January 2025 and ending on April 1st 2025. The successful candidate will be expected to provide academic support to pupils, assist with classroom activities and maintain accurate records of pupil progress.

You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver lessons, manage classroom activities and promote pupil learning. You will also participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 qualification in teaching assistance or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High expectations of pupil achievement and a commitment to raising standards.
Salary and Benefits

This fixed-term contract offers a competitive salary of £24,027 - £24,790 per annum, plus benefits that include:
