Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Management Group Leader to join our team at Orion Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning and implementation of inspection and monitoring requirements for our topsides pressure systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective inspection plans to ensure compliance with Pressure Systems, Structural and Pipeline Written Schemes of Examination.
  2. Ensure procedures and processes for topsides pressure systems integrity management are adequately scoped, relevant, and effective.
  3. Oversee the regular review and audit of procedures and associated documentation to ensure alignment with policy, regulation, and applicable standards.
  4. Negotiate and agree inspection plans with onshore and offshore teams to ensure well-managed delivery of inspection and monitoring implementation scopes.
  5. Manage integrity performance standards for FPSO within our client's asset portfolio.
  6. Monitor and audit FPSO integrity performance against defined standards.
  7. Work with technical authorities and responsible engineers to deliver timely and cost-effective technical solutions and projects.
  8. Ensure topsides pressure systems IM cycles are delivered in accordance with documented management systems.
  9. Own and deliver designated responsibility for topsides integrity budget on an annual basis.

Requirements

  • Valid survival certificate and offshore medical.
  • Demonstrable expertise in integrity engineering and management fundamentals.
  • Experience of designing, developing, introducing, and managing effective IM Policy and Management Systems.
