Seeking a dedicated and experienced Kids Gymnastics Coach to lead our youth gymnastics program

About the Job

We are looking for a Gymnastics Coach who has at least one year of experience teaching gymnastics to children ages 3-8. The ideal candidate will be able to create a fun and engaging learning environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering gymnastics lessons that meet the needs of our young members.
  • Ensuring the safe use of gymnastics equipment and maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
  • Communicating effectively with participants, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assisting with the supervision and care of participants during lessons and activities.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Design and implement gymnastics lesson plans that align with our program's goals and objectives.
  • Effectively instruct and demonstrate proper gymnastics techniques to children of various skill levels.
  • Monitor and maintain participant records, including attendance and progress tracking.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of one year of gymnastics coaching experience.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
