Education Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Lead to join our team at Academics Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students in a variety of schools across Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach & Alsager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates with experience in sports coaching, youth work, drama, art, teaching, community groups, or outdoor activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading lessons in the absence of a teacher
- Delivering pre-planned lessons
- Managing classroom behaviour
- Managing handovers to the teacher
You will have the opportunity to work with a large base of local secondary schools, receive competitive pay rates, and enjoy a hassle-free time sheet system.

Requirements
- Experience in sports coaching, youth work, drama, art, teaching, community groups, or outdoor activities
- Graduate degree
