About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at Nurseplus UK Ltd. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of our business through the provision of staffing to clients focused on quality, continuity, and reliability of their supplier chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads.
  • Offer clear guidance on shift terms to candidates and clients.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and build relationships to promote our brand.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to understand and communicate our business offerings.
  • Meet/exceed set targets, including financial goals, and report to our Branch Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractual obligations, and legislation.
  • Follow our company management systems, payroll, and recruitment procedures.
  • Promote equal opportunities, handle complaints, and adhere to health and safety legislation.
  • Flexibly assist neighbouring branches when needed and complete required training.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
  • A passion for business development.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • A confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal; strong attention to detail.
  • Must be self-motivated, working as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Knowledge of the care industry advantageous.
  • Some travel will be required.
