About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Lead to join our IT Solutions Architecture team at Skipton Building Society. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the migration of our infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, driving innovation, and shaping the future of our IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-level designs for technology solutions across our application and data domains.
- Providing architectural governance and assurance throughout the project process.
- Bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture background.
- Previously operated in a technical role such as a Cloud or Infrastructure Solutions Architect and have delivered complex and large-scale enterprise solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance ideally within a financial services domain.
