At Taylor Woodrow, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consents Manager to join our team on the HS2 Old Oak Common project. As a key member of our Integrated Project Team, you will be responsible for leading the Consents team and ensuring the successful delivery of consents and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a small team of Consents Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain the forward programme of consents, ensuring resources and team capabilities match on-going requirements.
- Oversee all consents reporting, including 'Consents Register', 'Project Managers Update', and 'Power BI output'.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain Consents personnel to ensure they have the necessary support and training to complete their consents responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the Integrated Project Team to ensure effective resolution of issues and maintain good relations with external stakeholders.
- Experience in the Consents environment, with a professional background in engineering and construction.
- Proven people management skills and a good understanding of collaborative working arrangements.
- Ability to influence and communicate with a variety of stakeholders and senior leadership team environments.
