Job Title: Senior Consents Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Consents Manager to join our team at Taylor Woodrow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of Consents Managers and overseeing all aspects of consents and approvals on the HS2 Old Oak Common project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of Consents Managers to ensure consistent quality outcomes for the Consents team.
  • Oversee all consents reporting, including the Consents Register, Project Managers Update, and Power BI output.
  • Ensure the forward programme of consents is maintained and resources and team capabilities match the on-going requirements.
  • Work in an integrated, collaborative manner with all parts of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) at OOC.
  • Develop case studies and lessons learnt to influence across all levels and externally.

Requirements:

  • Experience of the Consents environment in engineering and construction with a professional background in one of the relevant engineering sectors.
  • Experience in people management and a good understanding of collaborative working arrangements.
  • Sound commercial and project management approach.
  • Ability to influence and communicate to a variety of stakeholders and senior leadership team environments.
