**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team in Essex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities:

  • Sales of new and used vehicles to private and corporate customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and business objectives

**Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in car sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
  • Familiarity with automotive industry software and systems

**Benefits Package:

  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - £60,000 OTE
