Exciting Opportunity for a Property Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Expert to join our team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Asset Management client, managing commercial office assets primarily within the region.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant arrears, dealing with Tenant & Client Queries, and drafting, reviewing, and approving service charge budgets.
  • You will also be required to carry out regular property inspections, liaise with the Building and facilities management team, and ensure accurate client reports are prepared to the correct specifications.
  • An additional responsibility will be to read and summarise leases, ensuring accurate data is maintained on the property management systems, as well as identifying opportunities for providing additional services to clients.

Requirements:

  • MRICS Qualified is preferred but not essential.
  • You must have experience in all aspects of property management, including working across commercial asset classes.
  • Furthermore, you should possess financial and commercial acumen, with excellent planning, budgeting, and operational reporting skills.
