Job Summary
Carnell is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in National Highways Area 14. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating works on site, ensuring the safety, quality, and environmental elements of the work being undertaken, and the welfare of Carnell employees and agency labourers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the work programme to the client to time, cost, and quality.
- Coordinate works on site, ensuring compliance with site safety rules and Carnell's Health and Safety policies and standards.
- Accountable for the safety, quality, and environmental elements of the work being undertaken.
- Responsible for the welfare of Carnell employees and agency labourers.
Requirements
- Experience in Drainage, Earthworks, and Road Construction.
- Conversant with CDM and Principal Contractor duties.
- Understanding of National Highways specifications.
- ITP Quality Checks.
- CSCS Supervisor Card.
- SMSTS.
- CAT & Genny.
- First Aid Certification.
