The Principal Designer Role

You will work closely with our experienced team of consultants and project managers, focusing on risk management, CDM compliance, and client advisory services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the pre-construction phase, conducting design risk reviews, and compiling essential documentation.
  • Ensure projects meet CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Engage with clients to identify and mitigate design and construction risks.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for team members and clients.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess a NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety, ideally with TechIOSH or APS accreditation. You should also have a comprehensive understanding of CDM regulations and construction design risk management.

A background in construction or architectural design with a proactive approach to safety leadership is essential. Your strong communication skills and ability to lead teams will enable you to deliver exceptional results.
