The role of an ERA Consultant:

An ERA Consultant is a client-facing leader who works closely with industry specialists to identify and deliver cost reduction projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow a proven system to identify and deliver cost reduction projects
  • Collaborate with Cost Category Specialists to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Use provided analysis to draw conclusions and develop recommendations
  • Prospect for clients using ERA's specific programs and systems
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Apply networking skills taught by ERA Corporate
  • Manage clients throughout the cost reduction process

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience
  • Background in Sales, Consulting, Business Development, Finance, Analytics or similar
  • Comfortable talking and supporting senior-level executives
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
