About the Role

This Associate Director for Performance position requires a seasoned professional to manage and delegate activities of the Planning and Scheduling team on complex projects or programmes.

  • Communicate with Senior Management / Stakeholders to deliver updates.
  • Brief the team on project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.
  • Manage line management activities including career development and performance management.

A strong understanding of Planning and Scheduling processes is essential, along with experience in interfacing with other Project Controls disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Planning and Scheduling team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop and implement effective Planning and Scheduling strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape the future of Planning and Scheduling within the organization.

The estimated salary range for this role is £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
