Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Record UK. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated door systems throughout the UK.

About the Role

As a Service Engineer, you will work independently and as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our automated door systems. You will be required to travel within your region and occasionally outside of it to visit customer premises and carry out installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair automated door systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to reactive calls, scheduled maintenance, and services
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Travel within your region and occasionally outside of it to visit customer premises
  • Provide completed electronic paperwork, customer portals, and permits as required

Requirements

  • A full clean driving license
  • Experience in the service and maintenance of automated doors
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • BS7036 / EN16005 registered
  • A disclosure check will be undertaken
