Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Record UK, a leading provider of automatic door solutions. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated door systems across the UK.

About the Role

As a Service Engineer, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our automated door systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on automated door systems
  • Installing new automated door systems
  • Liaising with customers to schedule work and provide updates
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full clean driving license
  • Experience in the service and maintenance of automated doors
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • BS7036 / EN16005 registration
  • A disclosure check will be undertaken
