About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Systems Engineer to join our Radar and Surveillance team. As a Graduate Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and testing of advanced radar and targeting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop radar and targeting systems, including requirements capture, design documentation, verification, and validation.
  • Work on real-time projects alongside leading scientists and engineers to develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Conduct data analysis and performance modeling to optimize system performance.
  • Participate in applied research and development to improve existing products and develop new technologies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an upper Second-class Bachelor's/Integrated Master's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related STEM discipline.
  • Experience in coding/programming and relevant project work or placements in industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
