Sales Ledger Manager

The successful candidate will have proven experience running an effective credit control function and implementing ongoing process improvements. They will possess persistence and a desire to develop a high-performing function within the finance team, with the ability to independently take ownership of issues through to effective resolution.
The Sales Ledger Manager will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial information and support business growth. They will be responsible for managing debtor ageing, direct debit onboarding, and collections, as well as maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
In return, we offer a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including a staff share equity scheme, 21 days' holiday increasing to 25 with four years' service, and bank holidays.
